The open-plan kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, and juicer.

The accommodation is located in the city center, and public transport is very efficient. There are also several paid parking options in the area. However, free street parking is difficult to find.

Las Canteras is one of the best areas in the city to enjoy the beach, leisure activities, and the vibrant atmosphere the neighborhood offers. The Port Market and its diverse culinary offerings are just a minute from the apartment. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife bars, this is an ideal location for spending a few days on the island. It's a 15-minute walk from Farray Square, one of the city's liveliest areas for dining or drinks.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM to ensure the apartment is clean.

2. Check-in before 3:00 PM is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge. Please inquire.

3. We can arrange a taxi service for you. This service costs between €35 and €55, depending on the number of passengers. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash or by credit card.

4. Check-outs after 11:00 AM are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. Please inquire.
