The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, water heater and juicer.

Las Canteras is one of the best areas of the city to enjoy the beach, leisure and the good atmosphere offered by the neighbourhood. The port market and its gastronomic offer a minute from the living room. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets or nightlife bars, it is an ideal location to spend a few days on the island. A 15-minute walk from Farray square, one of the areas with the most atmosphere in the city to have dinner or have a drink.

ENTRY AND EXIT POLICY:

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM, to ensure the apartment's cleanliness.

2. Entering before 15:00h is subject to availability and has a cost. Ask us.

3. If you wish, we can arrange a taxi service for you. This service costs from 35€, depending on the number of passengers. The service will be paid directly to the driver in cash or credit card.

4. Departures after 11:00 pm are subject to availability and have an additional cost. Ask us.
